Well, these type cards are usually lottery draws that you have to send in for. Most of the time they are limited to around 100 only [don't know about this one]. This card is based off the cover design for the July 2007 issue and is done by Clamp. *Famous illustrator, popular anime, limited collectible = crazy otaku with large sums of $$$ will pay anything to own it.  |
