Because she enjoys cosplay and is actually very shy. That is why she wears glasses, it helps hide her face. Did you know that Ami is also a J-pop artist? I guess her most well known song would be the opening theme for the anime School Rumble-2nd Semester titled "Sentimental Generation" (せんちめんたる じぇねれ～しょん). Ami's real name is Komatsu Yukie. She was a child actor and performed under the stage names Sachie Komatsu and Hikaru Asakura, without her glasses. Pictures of Ami without her glasses are very rare. It's her trademark as a Meganekko, although her eyesight is actually just fine.

Not as a set, but there will be for the promo events I'm sure. Sometimes they come out later, after the initial release of the set, with a second wave of frame sets. Generally these will have three items in the frame; like my Mayumi Ono triple auto frame set.
